OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IVY has moved to Kaia | START THE CONVERSION

Ivy now runs on Kaia. The network move required a new token. Allocations for every IVY holder in the 15 August 2026 snapshot were written on-chain at a 1:1 ratio, and claiming is now open.

Ivy now runs on Kaia. That move required a new token: the IVY contract on BNB Chain has been succeeded by a new IVY contract deployed on Kaia.

There was nothing wrong with the old token. The reason is purely technical: a smart contract belongs to the network it was deployed on and cannot be lifted out and carried to another one. Moving a token from one chain to another simply isn't a thing. The only correct approach was to deploy a new contract on the new network and prepare a distribution that matches every old holder's balance one for one. That is what we did.

Claiming is open. Go to converter.ivy.live, connect your wallet, and if you have an allocation you can take it in a single transaction.

How allocations were calculated

Snapshot date: 15 August 2026. Everything was computed from the on-chain state at that moment, and the result has been permanently frozen.

  • A 1:1 ratio. One new IVY for every old IVY you held. No haircut, no multiplier, no tiers.
  • Every wallet is included. No minimum threshold was applied; any wallet holding a balance at snapshot time is on the list.
  • Staking rewards were added too. We did not count only staked principal. For each wallet we also calculated the rewards earned according to its staking start date and included that in the allocation. In other words, staking did not put you at a disadvantage.
  • Buying or selling after the snapshot changes nothing. The list was fixed as of 15 August. Selling the old token after that date does not reduce your allocation, and buying it afterwards does not create one.

How to claim

  1. Open converter.ivy.live.
  2. Connect your wallet. MetaMask, Kaia Wallet and other browser wallets are supported.
  3. Make sure your wallet is on the Kaia network. If it isn't, the page offers a one-click switch.
  4. If you have an allocation, you'll see the amount on screen. Press Claim and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

That's it. One transaction, and you only pay the network's gas fee. Ivy charges nothing.

The tokens arrive in your wallet as soon as the transaction confirms. If IVY doesn't show up automatically, add the token address manually; it's at the end of this post.

You can check without connecting a wallet

If you'd rather not connect, you don't have to. Paste any address into the "Or check any address" field on the page. The result is read straight from the contract: whether that address has an allocation, how much, and whether it has already been claimed.

This lookup creates no connection, requests no signature, and grants no permissions. It only reads public on-chain data.

What the contract guarantees

The distribution contract was written to behave provably rather than to ask for your trust.

The list is entirely on-chain. No database is involved. Who is owed what, and who has claimed. All of it can be read from the contract. The ledger section of the site shows the full list, and you can verify it yourself directly on a block explorer.

The list is permanently frozen. A one-way operation called finalize locked it. From that moment on, nobody, including us, can add an address, remove one, or change any amount.

The only way tokens leave the contract is a rightful owner claiming them. There is no withdraw, sweep or rescue function anywhere in it. The admin address, the developer wallet, the multisig Safe, and everyone else are all equally unable to touch these tokens. This is not a promise; it is the shape of the code. A function that does not exist cannot be called.

There is no deadline. The claim window is open indefinitely. Come today, in six months, or in five years, your allocation will still be there. We originally planned a one-year window, then dropped it: a deadline implies someone reclaiming the remainder afterwards. No deadline means no reclaim.

An honest warning

Indefinite claiming has a cost, and we want to state it plainly: if you lose your wallet keys, nobody can reach your allocation. We have no recovery path either, because we deliberately did not build one. Unclaimed tokens stay locked in the contract forever.

By the same logic, tokens sent to the contract address by mistake cannot be returned. Please use only the claim button on the site, and never send anything directly to the contract address.

This is the trade-off that comes bundled with an admin who cannot touch the funds. We chose this side knowingly.

About the new IVY

The new contract keeps what you knew from the old one while making several guarantees permanent:

  • Total supply is 500,000,000,000 IVY, and it is fixed.
  • There is no mint function. No address, the developer included, can create tokens later. Inflation is technically impossible.
  • The contract is ownerless. No admin rights, no setters, no upgrade mechanism. There is no key to steal, because no such authority was ever created.
  • It is burnable. Supply can fall over time; it cannot rise.
  • Six decimals.

The source code is verified on KaiaScan, so you can confirm every point above from the code yourself.

Questions

If you get stuck while claiming, or you see something inconsistent about your allocation, write to info@ivy.live. Include your wallet address and we'll check the on-chain list together.
